Yolvinta Cancellation Policy
At Yolvinta, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible. Please review the terms below for our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Time Frame
Customers can cancel their order within 48 hours after order confirmation.
All cancellation requests must be sent to Hello@Yolvinta.com within the customer support hours (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Jamaica local time).
To ensure prompt processing, please provide your order number and customer name when requesting a cancellation.
Non-Cancellable Items
Please note that the following items are non-cancellable:
Custom-made or made-to-order products.
Gift cards.
Special offer or discounted items.
Accessories such as shoes or any type of jewelry.
Conditions for Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their orders without providing a reason. However, if there is feedback that could help improve your shopping experience, we would appreciate your input. You can share it via email at Hello@Yolvinta.com.
Refund Process for Cancellations
If the customer cancels their order within 48 hours after order confirmation and the item has not yet shipped, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling costs.
If the item has already been shipped, the shipping fee is non-refundable, and the customer will need to go through the return process to receive a refund. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
All cancellations made within the 48-hour time frame will be refunded, minus the 15% fee, to the original payment method within 30 days of the cancellation.
Modifying Your Order
Customers have the option to modify their order if it has not yet been shipped. To request a modification, please contact us at Hello@Yolvinta.com with your order number and name.
