CUSTOM-MADE SERVICE POLICY

At Yolvinta, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom-made garments tailored to perfection. Please review the following terms regarding our custom service:

Turnaround Time

- Our standard turnaround time for custom-made orders is 3 weeks from the date of design confirmation and receipt of payment. This period includes design consultation, pattern making, fabric sourcing, and production.

- Delays in communication or approval may affect this time-frame.

Payment Terms

- A  minimum of 60% down-payment is required before we begin working on your custom order. This non-refundable deposit covers the cost of design, fabric procurement, and initial labour.

Cancellation Time Frame

  • Customers can cancel their order within 48 hours after order confirmation.

  • All cancellation requests must be sent to Hello@Yolvinta.com within the customer support hours (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, Jamaica local time).

  • To ensure prompt processing, please provide your order number and customer name when requesting a cancellation.

Non-Cancellable Items

Please note that the following items are non-cancellable:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Special offer or discounted items.

  • Accessories such as shoes or any type of jewelry.

Yolvinta Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

  • Order Processing and Shipping Time: Most orders are shipped out within 10 business days and will arrive on or before the 15th day from purchase confirmation. Please note that shipments are processed only on Wednesdays.

  • Pre-orders: Pre-orders are processed within 2-4 weeks and will follow a separate timeline from regular orders.
