Yolvinta Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at YOLVINTA. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
Order Processing and Shipping Time: Most orders are shipped out within 16 business days and will arrive on or before the 21th day from purchase confirmation. Please note that shipments are processed only on Wednesdays.
Pre-orders: Pre-orders are processed within 3-6 weeks and will follow a separate timeline from regular orders.
Free Local Delivery Jamaica
YOLVINTA provides FREE delivery on all local orders within Jamaica via Knutsford Express. Delivery times will depend on your location, but most local orders are delivered within 1-3 business days once shipped. Contact us at Hello@Yolvinta.com for further details or assistance with your delivery.
Note: Knutsford Express delivery does not affect our processing times. Your order will be delivered after the standard processing period of 15 business days unless otherwise noted.
High Volume Orders
Our production unit consists of a small team, and if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Costs (International)
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed at checkout. Any promotions or free shipping thresholds will be applied automatically.
Shipping Methods and Time-frames
Shipping methods selected at checkout do not affect our order processing times. Estimated delivery times will vary by region. For local orders in Jamaica, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days once shipped. International delivery times may vary, and delays may occasionally occur. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
International Shipping
All international shipping from Jamaica is handled by FedEx. Please note that YOLVINTA is not responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or fees that may apply to your order. By purchasing a product, you authorize YOLVINTA to ship your order through FedEx. YOLVINTA's responsibility is limited to delivering your order to FedEx for shipment.
Customs policies vary by country, and YOLVINTA cannot predict these charges. You are responsible for any additional fees applied by customs in your country. Delays due to customs are beyond our control
Order Delays
In case of delays, such as when an item is out of stock, or during high-volume periods, we will notify you via email. You will have the option to:
Cancel your order for a full refund, or
Authorize us to ship your order when it becomes available.
Damages and Lost Orders
YOLVINTA is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged item for the claim process. If you need assistance, please contact us at Hello@Yolvinta.com.
