CUSTOM-MADE SERVICE POLICY

At Yolvinta, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom-made garments tailored to perfection. Please review the following terms regarding our custom service:

Turnaround Time

- Our standard turnaround time for custom-made orders is 3 weeks from the date of design confirmation and receipt of payment. This period includes design consultation, pattern making, fabric sourcing, and production.

- Delays in communication or approval may affect this time-frame.

Payment Terms

- A  minimum of 60% down-payment is required before we begin working on your custom order. This non-refundable deposit covers the cost of design, fabric procurement, and initial labour.

- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final garment is shipped or delivered.

Design Approval

- Once the design is agreed upon by both parties, any changes requested afterward will be subject to additional fees. The price increase will depend on the complexity of the changes, and the updated cost will be communicated before proceeding.

Fitting Process

- We will conduct as many fittings as necessary to ensure the garment fits perfectly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with you through each fitting.

- If the client misses their scheduled fitting date, the fitting will need to be rescheduled based on our calendar availability.

- After the final fitting is approved, the garment will be delivered or ready for pick-up within 3 days.

Missed Pick-Up

- Once the garment is available for pick-up, the client will be notified. If the client fails to pick up the garment within 15 days of notification, the item will remain at the client’s risk. Yolvinta will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or other issues that may arise after this period.

Price Adjustments

- Any design changes made after final approval will incur additional costs. The price adjustment will reflect new patterns, different fabrics, or extended labour. We will communicate the revised cost and proceed only after receiving your confirmation.

Communication & Approvals

- Timely feedback and approvals are essential. Delays in communication from the client may extend the production time beyond the 3-week turnaround.

Final Product

- Upon completion of your garment, we will arrange delivery or shipment. Please note that custom-made items are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
